Returns Policy


General Order Policies:
  • We are not liable for wrong address deliveries or stolen packages.
  • Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
Return Policies:
  • No returns will be accepted 14 days after the delivery date.
  • Damages and defects must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise for returns to be accepted.
  • We do not offer exchanges for returned good.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.  We recommend shipping methods that include a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Returns must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include original tags/packaging as well as your receipt.  We reserve the right to either reject or offer partial refunds based upon the received condition.
  • Returned merchandise worth a value of $100 or more are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Product colors may vary upon lighting conditions, screen brightness and resolution, etc.  Product patterns may also vary.  These are not considered defects and all items returned for said reasons will be subject to the policies above.
Returns Process:
  • Step 1: Write or print “Lildy.com Returns Department” on the outside of the package.
  • Step 2: Ship your return to the following address:
    • 4720 Simonton RD, Farmers Branch, TX 75244
  • Step 2: Send an email to Christopher@winwinproducts.com with the following information:
    • Name
    • Order number
    • Tracking number for the returning package
    • List of items being returned
    • Reason for your return
    • Pictures (If returning damaged items)
